Diagnostic-$25-
A
Diagnostics Charge will only be charged when no repairs
are made. If a repair is made there will be no Diagnostic
Charge.
- Travel
Charge-$35-A travel charge will only
be added to on-site repair work. If you feel comfortable disconnecting
your computer from it's location, and can bring the computer to Judyville,
IN or to Williamsport, IN, you can avoid this one time add on charge.
- Spy
ware/ad ware/virus (Malware)removal-$35-$85-Because
not every system is infected with the same viruses, or the same number
of viruses/spy ware/ad ware, it varies on how bad the infection really
is, and how much time it takes. On occasion it is quicker to do a
system restore with data back-up.
- Windows
OS Restore-$50-This
includes either a system reinstallation or a repair of the operating
system. Of course this will also include data recovery when possible. Please note:we will verify the current installation
is valid and is not in violation with any copyright infringements,
if you are found to have a pirated version of any software you will
be notified immediately.
- Hardware
Replacement-We cannot and will not tell
you online as a flat-rate how much it will cost you to repair your
system with out first diagnosing it. After proper diagnostics, we
can and will give you a repair cost, get your approval, and then we
can fix the problem.
